Visual brand identity design for Tokikom, a Basque publisher with over 20 titles.
When I meet clients at the briefing stage of a project, keywords such as ‘simple’, ‘modern’ and ‘relevant’, often crop up, but it is always a challenge to effectively design a ‘simple’ (and effective) logotype. The Tokikom brand is all about communication, and so I designed a ‘simple’, ‘modern’ and ‘relevant’ mark that works alongside a bold, sturdy, uppercase name to convey ‘loud and proud’ what they do.
The logotype was featured in Los Logos 5: Compass by German design publishers Gestalten.
